Relationship Products Specialist - Buenos Aires/São Paulo
Job Purpose and Impact
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare and manage the relationship products portfolio, maintaining a broad view of how products connect with each other and with customers.
- Identify market opportunities related to relationship products and agribusiness customers.
- Support existing programs through marketing initiatives, in collaboration with commercial teams and customers.
- Assist in coordinating program planning with customers to define timelines, goals, design criteria, costs, and related considerations.
- Help organize and execute programs designed to achieve business objectives.
- Support the definition of target audiences for relationship products.
- Handle basic product-related inquiries under direct supervision, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in agribusiness-related areas.
- Experience with marketing initiatives, promotions, client relationship programs, or product/service portfolio management.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar solutions is a plus.
- Intermediate English.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Buenos Aires or São Paulo, with in-office presence 4 days per week.
