Supply Planning Lead (m/f/d)

Job Purpose and Impact
The Supply Planning Lead will lead supply and inventory planners and oversee all daily supply and inventory planning activities. In this role, you will lead a team that monitors key integrated business planning performance indicators, cost to serve performance data and help coordinate cross functional work teams.
Key Accountabilities
Conduct performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement.
Review and publish supply and inventory planning metrics targets.
Prepare the supply and inventory plan inputs for capacity scenarios and recommendations.
Using substantial knowledge and robust experience, define inventory strategy and segmentation, incorporating other relevant strategies.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Three years of supervisory experience
Consolidated planning tool expertise (e.g SAP IBP)
Proven experience in managing complex asset network
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
Ten years of experience with at least five in supply and inventory planning
