What we offer
As part of this traineeship, you will join our two-year Next Generation Graduate Program where you will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals from across EMEA, enriching each other while addressing business challenges. Together you will build first-class skills and a network that will benefit you throughout your career. As a participant in the program, you will:
- Collaborate on projects with other trainees (in-person and virtually)
- Join regular networking sessions with managers and peer groups
- Benefit from individual and group coaching from current or former trainees
- Participate in a highly engaging in-person Summits where you will interact with senior leaders and join learning sessions and personal development workshops.
What we look for
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering: Food, Agricultural, Chemical / Biochemical, Process, Industrial, Production engineering, Mechanical or Electrical.
- Entry level work experience (up to 2 years) and/or an internship in relevant areas.
- Fluency in English and local language (depending on the location)
- Natural leadership ability and good interpersonal skills.
- Valid work permit for the EU and/or location where the role is located.
