GC GTM Leader
Job Purpose and Impact
The GC GTM Leader will develop strategy, build sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets for all sales teams. In this role, you will provide vision and direction to team members and represent the organization in promoting and selling products and services.
Key Accountabilities
• Disseminate information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and its products and services.
• Plan, develop and deliver the marketing strategy for our products, services and associated brands.
• Evaluate, measure and lead the product and brand profit and loss.
• Develop mid to long term plans to optimize the organization, function or sub function and the talent needed for the job.
• Meet product volume and profit targets.
• Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports and their organizations, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
