Job Purpose and Impact

The Strategic Account Manager will help build and maintain customer relations with strategic accounts that typically involve an international partner or major global accounts. This role will focus on China market , you will help us identify and contact prospective customers, build relationships to generate future sales/OTC related solution sales  and repeat business, contribute to assessing customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.

Key Accountabilities

•    With guidance, help identify, develop and close new sales, metals business focus 
•    Create demand for our products and services by raising their profile with customers.
•    Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
•    Participate in regular status and strategy meetings with customers such as iron ore/steel factory, steel re-roller (steel service center)  management to understand and meet their needs.
•    Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
•    Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•    Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
•    Minimum of three years of related work experience (futures RMS background preferred)
•    Other minimum qualifications may apply

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES TO BE GAINED
