Admin & Security Manager
Job Purpose and Impact
The Facilities Operation Supervisor will provide direction to the assigned team to ensure effective facilities operation. In this role, you will develop multiple moderately complex operation processes and supervise the team on the execution of administrative activities related to maintenance and repair, vendor management, security procedures and office inventory.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the team to execute a range of moderately complex services to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Provide direction and guide the team on daily maintenance work including third party key partners.
- Monitor and interpret moderately complex contracts for services and makes recommendations for approval.
- Provide input and guide the team to implement operating procedures and performance metrics that include tracking, analysis and reporting performance in terms of quality, safety, cost and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the office inventory and ensure that it is maintained and the facilities comply with security procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of directly related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of supervisory experience
