Cargill, Incorporated seeks a full-time Corporate Strategy Associate based in Wayzata, Minnesota. The Corporate Strategy Associate works closely with Cargill’s Executive Team and other senior business leaders to develop high-impact corporate, business, and function strategies.

This position requires

  • a Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or closely related field and two years of related experience.
  • Must also have 12 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following:
    • (1) Evaluating market entry opportunities, developing new business models, defining long-term corporate strategy, and supporting strategy execution;
    • (2) Breaking down ambiguous and complex business problems, developing and testing hypotheses and qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analysis driving to feasible solutions;
    • (3) Identifying business opportunities and building and implementing tailored strategies; and
    • (4) Preparing executive presentations.
  • Will accept experience gained before, during, or after Master’s program.
  • Position requires international and domestic travel up to 20% of the time.
