Job Purpose and Impact
The Global Security Intelligence Lead will manage the threat intelligence collection and reporting to help keep our people, operations, and facilities safe from physical harm. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of highly complex strategies designed to enhance decision making through threat detection, intelligence sharing, and actionable reporting.
Key Accountabilities
- Partner collaboratively across Global Security, the company's enterprises, businesses and other functions as well as with third party vendors to continuously monitor and identify global threats and physical security risks to our people, operations, and facilities
- Ensure identified threats are addressed in a timely manner and communicated to the appropriate audience to enhance decision-making across the enterprise
- Design and deploy strategies, processes, and technologies that enhance the company’s capabilities in threat detection, intelligence analysis, and reporting within the company, while ensuring commensurate key performance indicators and operational objectives are being met.
- Deliver timely intelligence reports, briefings, and other intelligence products to leadership and relevant teams, highlighting evolving threats and potential impacts, communicate with key partners and manage diverse expectations to ensure alignment.
- Maintain strong relationships and continuously evolve processes that enable intelligence sharing and collaboration across diverse audiences
- Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications
MINIMUM & TYPICAL YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Additional language capabilities preferred
- Previous work experience in a global company/organization with practical experience covering ever changing risk environments
- Training in intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting
- Significant global experience (e.g., living or working overseas) working on matters regularly in different countries and regions

Compensation Data
Compensation Data:
The expected salary for this position is $115,000-$165,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
