This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures. 

Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Manager Bretagne (Directeur Commercial Bretagne) will lead, implement and execute all sales operations and tactics within the region. In this role you will use your interpersonal skills to provide direction to frontline sales workforce professionals and supervisors (18 sales consultants and 3 nutritionists experts). You will lead all aspects of our sales operations activities for a portfolio of products or services within a broader geographic area.

Key Accountabilities

  • Contributes to the buildup and deployment of Neolait strategy as a member of its Leadership Team.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate sales operations of organization, including the orchestration and coaching of inside sales teams, field teams and nutrition experts.
  • Plan and deploy sales programs, including sales methodologies, incentives, special campaigns and trainings.
  • Identify, hire and manage talent pool across the region.
  • Supervise the day-to-day sales operations activities, executing and deploying the sales plans, vision and goals, including accountability for the P&L of the region.
  • Gain in depth general industry as well as deep local market knowledge.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven relevant working experience, with at least 5 years in similar roles leading successful Sales teams in Agriculture or Animal Nutrition domain.
  • Proven business leadership experience and vision with focus on implementing “go to market” strategy, inspires teams and drives organizational priorities.
  • Strong business acumen with a forward‑looking mindset.
  • Fluent in French and good level of English.
  • Driving license, B.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Nutrition knowledge, mainly for Ruminants.
  • Ability to inspire and lead through the changes.
