Job Purpose and Impact

The role of the Marketing & Communications Specialist (Monogastrics, Ruminants - B2B segment) is to develop and implement high level, customer-focused marketing and communications activities for the successful launch of new products, services, and solutions and other initiatives that drive business growth (through individual contribution and team management).

Working mode - hybrid (2-3 days in office)

Key Accountabilities

• Execute and coordinate multi-channel marketing, communications and promotion efforts for diverse portfolio of brands

• Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams to launch new products, services and solutions (7Ps). 

• Create and implement an annual plan for marketing and communications in line with the brand and digital communication strategy. 

• Provide information about market, key trends, competitive environment and customer’s needs to create and develop strategies by animal species. 

• Plan and deliver events on schedule and within budget, evaluate activities effectiveness and develop optimum proposals.

• Improve customer experience and marketing effect, as well as maintain new and existing customer loyalty.

• Analyze markets to identify opportunities and contribute to rollout of new product launch plan.

• Support internal communications and activities to achieve business objectives and increase employees’ engagement. 

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 4-5 years of senior Marketing & Communication experience

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience executing large-scale marketing communications activities.

• Ability to work under time pressure. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience in driving marketing effectiveness in both digital and offline communication channels.

• Proven ability to drive and manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to translate complicated messaging into easily understood language and communications.
