Principal Accountabilities
- The Wastewater Treatment Operator is responsible for the smooth operation of the Waste Water Treatment Plant and includes the maintenance of various types of equipment
- Excellent safety, work performance, and attendance records are required
- Employees who have received a written warning or higher level of disciplinary action in the last year for safety, work performance, or attendance will not qualify as a candidate
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Possession of or the ability to obtain a driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Cargill Experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Previous experience using a computer
- Previous experience as a forklift driver
- Work History in the last 12 months
