Job Purpose and Impact

The Change, Communication, Education (CCE) Lead will partner with key stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive change and communication strategy to support the delivery of SAP ERP to Animal Nutrition and Health Indonesia and related projects including pre - deployment work , deployment and post - go live support through stabilization. The role will be responsible for change strategy and planning , stakeholder engagement , communication and training , change measurement and reporting and provide thought leadership and best practices for the delivery of SAP ERP to Indonesia. The role extends to HR related responsibilities which include partnering with the local leadership team on talent development, building capability programs, and driving employee engagement.

Key Accountabilities

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Business Change Lead is ultimately responsible for all change related deliverables and will partner with other CCE team members and/or project team members when applicable to execute all change related deliverables.
  • Leads the execution of the change plan – executing on all assigned CCE activities and tasks by the established delivery dates.  
  • Achieves the project objectives by managing scope, schedule and quality.
  • Provides leadership within the Business to identify and address potential issues and barriers to change.
  • Mitigates risks through effective change interventions and by demonstrating personal commitment to the change and support of others.
  • Partners with key collaborators to ensure alignment and understanding of change and promotes awareness and adoption of change practices through effective communication and engagement.
  • Coaches and guides team members: Deploys relevant capabilities and ensures teams are provided with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge through training and collaboration and supports a culture of learning and knowledge.

PEOPLE & CULTURE PROJECTS

  • Lead or support strategic People & Culture initiatives across talent, leadership, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation.
  • Facilitate leadership team alignment and collaboration initiatives to strengthen team effectiveness and organizational culture.
  • Support implementation of employee experience and engagement initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful people programs and transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

MINIMUM & TYPICAL YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum requirement of 5 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 8 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Change experience: Acts as a leader throughout entire change process (vision to execution) by articulating a compelling vision for the shift, influencing key stakeholders and sharing an inspiring vision for the future
  • Capability to connect with regional team
  • Internal communication: Serves as a trusted partner by anticipating and prioritizing business and customer needs, pushing back when necessary, and providing high-quality coaching and robust solutions
  • Education and training: Places high priority on developing oneself and others and seeks opportunity for coaching and continuous improvement for individuals and teams
