Principal Accountabilities
- Pulling in pallets, feeding the line, packing, tape machine and stack off
- Be able to stack and scan boxes
- Be able to perform basic math
- Perform ongoing assigned lead activities including activities such as, providing support to the team, provide new hire training, etc
- Setup multiple non-similar machines that require moderate to complex setup and assist others
- Feed materials into machine, operate and monitor machine operations, according to production schedules and make complex adjustments as necessary to ensure product specifications are met
- Use hand and power tools perform preventative and autonomous maintenance, trouble shoot complex machine issues, support other Operators in troubleshooting and providing guidance
- Track production and quality records both manually and electronically
- Operate powered mobile equipment including forklift or pallet jack
- Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures including equipment lockout-tag outs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed including weekends as needed
- Able to lift product and boxes weighing up to 60 lbs to heights of 80 inches throughout each day
- Standing for majority of the shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehousing experience
- Previous Cargill experience
- Work history in the past 12 months
