Director, Sales - Beauty
Job Purpose and Impact
The Director, Sales - Beauty will develop the strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets for all sales teams. In this role, you will provide the teams with a strategic vision and tactical direction, oversee and direct the responsibilities of employees and represent the company in promoting and selling products to personal care/cosmetic product manufacturers.
Key Accountabilities
- Support business growth by disseminating information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and our products and services.
- Establish and implement short to midterm plans that have an impact on business results aligned with Cargill Beauty 2030 strategic objectives.
- Serve direct and key accounts to increase the share of wallet while strengthening customer relationships.
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.
- Partner closely with Product Line, Marketing, Technical Service, and Supply Chain to bring the voice of the customer (VoC) from Asia to global teams and ensure the value proposition meets Asia customer needs.
- Optimize GTM strategy across Northeast Asia and emerging markets, including sales resource allocation and distributor channel effectiveness.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Proven experience working cross-functionally and across regions
- Fluent in English
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the personal care/cosmetic ingredient industry, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Experience working in an international company environment.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
