Job Summary

The Advisor, Business Process Enablement job leads and advises to drive the adoption and governance of business process management frameworks and the advancement of process management maturity across the organization. As a recognized subject matter expert in this field, this job consults key partners on business process management  frameworks and methodologies, and influences to foster a robust process management culture and improve the maturity of process management practices.  

Essential Functions

  • BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORKS & METHODOLOGIES: Influences, leads and consults process organizations to drive the adoption of business process management frameworks to improve process maturity and achieve the desired outcomes.  
  • BPM GOVERNANCE: Leads and advises to ensure enablement and application of business process management frameworks and tools, a fit-for-purpose approach and application across the organization, and govern required changes to the frameworks and methodologies.  
  • COMMUNICATION & TRAINING: Identifies knowledge gaps and communication and training needs to enable effective adoption of business process management standards and practices. Leads initiatives to communicate and promote business process management standards and practices.  
  • BPM MATURITY: Leads the evaluation of process maturity to find improvement opportunities, and drives improvement solutions.  
  • STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & PROCESS COMMUNITY: Partners and consults to align business process management initiatives with organizational goals, establish clear process ownership, and drive disciplined business process management. Participates as an active member of the process community, sharing knowledge, building relationships across teams, and supporting other initiatives and projects.  

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Preferred qualification: Lean Six Sigma training and Black Belt attainment.

Additional Information for Minnesota Based Applicants

The expected salary for this position is $131,000-192,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
