Job Purpose and Impact

The Associate Marketing Manager - Foodservice C-Store & Non-Comm supports the execution of customer-driven marketing plans for Foodservice Non-Commercial and C-store customers. This role focuses on delivering high-impact marketing programs by translating strategies into actionable plans, ensuring timely and effective execution across channels.This role partners closely with Sales, Product Line Management, and cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives that drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver measurable results. The Associate Marketing Manager applies knowledge of the foodservice channels, customer needs, and market trends to support campaign execution, commercialization, and go-to-market activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Execute customer marketing plans aligned to business priorities, customer insights, and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Insights, and Product Line teams to develop, align and execute marketing materials, campaigns, activations, promotions, product launches, and customer programs that drive demand and customer engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day implementation of marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of customer priorities to help identify areas where additional customer profitability and brand growth can be achieved. 
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in gathering and applying customer, market, and competitive insights to improve marketing execution.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration related or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Background in B2B marketing environments
  • Experience in food marketing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands‑on experience managing projects, organizing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Experience working with or marketing through foodservice channels  

  • Experience leading promotional campaigns and activations within budget and market dynamics 

Position Information

  • This position is open to candidates in Wayzata, MN or Wichita, KS.
  • This position is hybrid and requires on site presence and up to 15% travel based on business need.
  • This posting will expire on May 15, 2026.
  • The expected salary for this position is $100,000 - $145,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
