Shift Available: Rotating, 7am -7pm
Compensation: $35.70/hr

Principal Accountabilities:
- Operate all equipment associated with the solvent extraction process: including extractors, distillation, skim pit and mineral oil systems.
- Operate all equipment associated with the prep process, including flakers, expellers, decanters, and lab analysis equipment.
- Monitor and adjust operation using computerized and controlled systems to meet department requirements.
- Process samples utilizing lab equipment to obtain and record values on a computer spreadsheet and collect samples for several process areas
- Control traffic through department and ensure that all visitors follow Extraction safety rules.
- Troubleshoot minor problems as required.
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment utilized by facility; determine immediate and long-range needs for maintenance and repair work. Enter work orders utilizing maintenance computer program.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
- Interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
- Basic use of a computer
- Computer literate including being able to enter and retrieve data
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in production related work
