Settlement Specialist

This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise, where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Settlement Specialist will support customer payments on a timely and accurate basis. In this role you will also help with moderately complex clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Accountabilities
- Support development and maintenance systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to payments and inventory management.
- Provide straightforward administrative support in executing customer focused strategies.
- Contribute to validate, communicate and coordinate customer focused strategies.
- Perform administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a strong understanding of customer focused practices and procedures.
- Handle moderately complex administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Maintain basic proficiency with spreadsheets, business systems, and digital tools required to perform daily job responsibilities
- Collaborate & support job families through complex issues & inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related work experience

Schedule: Monday to friday | Onsite | 1shift | Scheducle: Linden, Circleville: 7:30am-4:00pm | Gibson City: 8:00am-4:30pm
