EOS Pricing Manager
Job Purpose and Impact
The Strategic Pricing Intelligence Specialist II will provide analytical support that drives effective operational and strategic decisions within the company. In this role, you will support the organization's decisions making processes in strategic pricing utilizing a combination of data and economic analysis to generate insights related to the company's markets, customers and competitors by analyzing market and competitive data, trends and financial information.
Key Accountabilities
- Understand the industry to analyze competitive and customer information and trends to identify potential threats and opportunities and collaborate with cross functional teams of commercial, finance and operations to deliver insights, strategies and decisions.
- Perform moderately complex statistical, quantitative and qualitative data analysis and translate data into effective and executable insights and intelligence reports.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of external data and research sources and evaluate their credibility and potential utility.
- Maintain in depth knowledge of the designated markets, pricing and product strategies as well as in depth knowledge of manufacturing costs, supply chain and asset strategies.
- Perform research to determine competitive price positioning, willingness to pay and feature function comparison.
- Analyze competitor's financial statements, costs, prices, export end use markets, capacity announcements and customers and provide assessments of competitive take outs, promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Synthesize moderately complex data from multiple sources and transform it into insights, analysis and reports to support decisions required for the company to maintain a competitive position in the market.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics or statistics or equivalent experience,
- Strong business acumen
- Advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills using related applications
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.

- Data visualization application programming expertise
