In this position drivers efficiently pick up, deliver and distribute goods and ensure top quality service to customers of Cargill.

Type: Full Time
Compensation: $33.40/ hr CAD
Key Accountabilities
- Operate vehicles safely and courteously, following traffic laws and company standards.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic roadside repairs.
- Deliver goods on schedule, ensuring correct counts and product condition.
- Follow biosecurity protocols and control truck temperature as needed.
- Complete logbooks, shipping documents, and fuel/trip reports accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with external partners (customers, customs, repair shops, etc.).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada.
- Cargill requires that employees be a minimum of 18 years old.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
- A valid Canadian full class “DZ” driver's license in good standing authorizing you to drive independently during the course of your employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- 1 year previous driving experience
This Full-time position is located in Jarvis, ON; however please expect receiving calls from a 204-area code in case you are considered. Relocation assistance is not provided.
