Job Purpose and Impact
The Performance Enablement (PE) Deployment Lead will plan and coordinate strategic efforts to advance the implementation and maturity of performance enablement processes across the Food North America Manufacturing Supply Chain (MSC). This includes leading continuous improvement portfolio initiatives with a strong focus on operational performance and value capture, as well as supporting in PE training and capability development. In close partnership with PE Leads from the business segments, the PE Deployment Lead will champion value creation and manage a robust pipeline of cost reduction projects. The individual will also partner in the development of management systems and oversee initiatives that embed continuous improvement practices across manufacturing operations, ensuring consistent execution and measurable impact.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and drive strategic initiatives to deploy and mature performance enablement processes across the Food NA MSC.
- Partner with PE Leads from business segments to coordinate strategic initiatives that drive operational performance and value capture.
- Manage a robust pipeline of value-creation projects, collaborating with business segments and functions to ensure alignment, transparency, and disciplined execution
- Partner with Food NA MSC Finance on the value-creation pipeline, aligning on pipeline data, defining key metrics, and enabling transparent reporting for prioritization and decision-making
- Contribute to the design, development, and rollout of management systems and performance dashboards that support continuous improvement and operational discipline across MSC.
- Monitor key performance indicators, measure impact, and trigger corrective actions to ensure realization and sustainability of performance gains.
- Partner with the MSC Capability Enablement Team to align on capability-building strategies and coordinate training efforts across the Food NA MSC.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in manufacturing supply chain or operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and performance management
- Operational excellence knowledge, Lean six sigma, with hands-on experience facilitating Kaizen events and CI methodologies
- Project portfolio and governance skills from identifying and aligning value drivers to govern a portfolio
- Experience with management system and technical gap assessments and solution identification
- Experience with deployment of concepts such as Hoshin Kanri, Operating or Management Systems
- Experience coordinating large-scale training programs and capability-building initiatives across multiple sites or business units
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication capabilities, influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to manufacturing sites across North America
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and database applications and modeling tools
- High level of competency in Power BI, Mural, and Microsoft office tools
- Three years of supervisory experience

The expected salary for this position is $131,000-165,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
