This position is in Cargill’s food and bioindustrial business, where manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies rely on us to consistently deliver the products and services they need, and use our technical expertise and market knowledge to develop innovative products.
Job Purpose and Impact
- Independent organization and picking of the outgoing goods & of the finished goods
- Creating and booking delivery notes for customers / outgoing goods
- Processing the shipping and accompanying documents
- Loading the finished goods for transfer to the Offergeld external warehouse
- Creating the loading lists / loading plans for the transfers
- Loading raw materials to other plants
Key Accountabilities
- Checking the incoming goods documents for completeness
- Checking the pallets for completeness and integrity
- Recording complaints + reporting to QS
- Unloading the pallets and storing them properly using industrial trucks
- Checking for completeness and integrity
- Identifying complaints
- Creating routing cards for incoming goods
- Taking samples of the auxiliary raw materials and forwarding them to the main laboratory
- Labeling the raw material pallets
- Managing quality assurance for incoming and outgoing Hoyer containers
- Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintains a safe and clean work environment.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge about safety and hygiene regulations
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends
- Organizational talent
- Reliability
- Ability to work in a team
- Use of office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Software knowledge of JDE, Palve, Intrex and Savigent
- Fluent in German
