Job Purpose and Impact

The Machine Operator III will operate production or warehouse machines that are non-similar requiring moderate to complex setup and machine adjustments, perform maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues with in-depth understanding of policy and procedures with regular guidance and providing support to others. In this role, you will maximize throughput and produce quality product while following all Food Safety and regulatory polices as required.

Key Accountabilities

• Setup multiple non-similar machines that require moderate to complex setup and assist others.
• Feed materials into machine, operate and monitor machine operations, according to production schedules and make complex adjustments as necessary to ensure product specifications are met.
• Use hand and power tools perform preventative and autonomous maintenance, troubleshoot complex machine issues, support other Operators in troubleshooting and providing guidance.
• Track production and quality records both manually and electronically.
• Operate powered mobile equipment including forklift or pallet jack.
• Unload and prepare product for movement of finished product.
• Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures including equipment lockout-tag outs.
• Other duties as assigned
