Job Purpose and Impact
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will execute marketing and sales activities to meet business goals, effectively target customers and leverage customer understanding to suggest appropriate products, services and solutions in alignment with the customer value proposition. In this role, you will coordinate to deliver the defined integrated marketing plan for relevant products, brands and solutions while ensuring effective pipeline development of sales opportunities, demand generation and business growth based on sales targets and customer needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute marketing plans aligned with marketing strategy and partner with the team to perform annual sales and territory planning for relevant customers and markets aligned with sales targets.
- Partner on demand generation and pipeline funnel management, including proactively exploring, identifying, engaging and closing new customer prospects and business opportunities by presenting relevant offerings and potential solutions based on customer needs.
- Partner with teams on cross functional customer development projects by leveraging customer understanding to cultivate new opportunities and increase total share of wallet with customers aligned with growth goals.
- Coordinate regular training for sales teams to ensure awareness of relevant marketing and product strategies and plans, value propositions and collateral to support sales activities.
- Coordinate a continuous feedback loop between marketing and sales teams to ensure that sales knowledge and priorities are effectively translated into marketing plans and that marketing strategy and activities appropriately inform sales approaches.
- Collaborate with team to develop and advance the team's marketing and sales capabilities in new processes, technologies, strategies and maintain up to date customer and account data to improve efficacy and efficiency.
- Track sales and marketing performance metrics through regular reviews and help the team adjust plans for optimal performance and value capture.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in value proposition development
- Experience in marketing planning, digital marketing, campaign planning and execution, performance measurement, demand generation and activation and or content delivery
- Experience of sales
