Principal Accountabilities
- Will perform machine set-up, tear down, and style changes including breakdowns and troubleshooting
- Feed materials into machine, operate and monitor short cycle machine operations with frequent guidance and adjustments to ensure product specifications are met
- Track production and quality records both manually and electronically
- Maintain line efficiencies and line speed for employees assigned to that line
- Must be able to rotate within the departments and other departments
- Work on the line as needed
- Operate powered mobile equipment including forklift or pallet jack
- Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures including lockout-tag devices
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to lift uo to 40lbs frequently throughout the shift
- Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts
- Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity
- Must have good basic math and reading skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous production experience
- Work history in the past 12 months
