Shift Available: 1st shift
Principal Accountabilities:
• Plan the maintenance of processing and packaging equipment to ensure maximum uptime and provide previous knowledge of consistent maintenance and reliability best practices in the completion of planning and prioritizing moderately complex tasks.
• Research and seek feedback to prepare and provide detailed job plans for moderately complex preventative maintenance activities which comply with fundamental plant maintenance procedures and practices to improve the efficiency and quality of work.
• Use relevant maintenance programs and database tools to initiate the procurement of materials, special tools and unique items required in the job plans.
• Transition capital improvement projects from project stage to operations and update information in the database to reflect the improvement, addition or deletion of equipment and their associated spare parts and maintenance procedures.
• Schedule maintenance downtime and send communications across functional teams.
• Maintain custom databases and computerized maintenance management system to support specific work projects and processes.
• Solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff and engage in continuous improvement planning to enhance on time performance of technical activities.

RequiredQualifications:
• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice
• Mechanical experience in an industrial maintenance environment
• Demonstrated mathematical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP
• Experience designing equipment layout for proper plant maintenance and operation
• Experience with maintenance planning processes
• Experience with predictive technology
• Electrical experience in an industrial maintenance environment
• Experience with MRO (Maintenance Repair Ops) and/or MRP (Material Requirement Planning)
