This position is in Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Hub Maintenance & Reliability Leader will conduct Reliability Excellence activities across multiple businesses and functions within the organization. In this role, you will provide broad and in depth knowledge to consult on activities related to principles, practices, tools and processes to improve asset availability, capacity utilization and quality standards realized through reliable operations. You will partner collaboratively with leaders to develop a sustainment and value capturing plan for the sites which includes training and execution to deliver results.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide guidance and advice for the deployment of group or enterprise reliability excellence vision, strategy, program administration, practices, tools and process controls to improve capacity utilization and quality standards realized through safe, reliable and efficient operations.
  • Assess organizational readiness and implement reliability process policies and procedures and assist in setting strategy and execution of turnaround excellence processes.
  • Implement, monitor and maintain leading practices to improve operational effectiveness through reliability excellence methods, approaches and tools.
  • Monitor capital project delivery processes, consult on risk issues and identify barriers and provide solutions to ensure completion of milestones within budget.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sustainability and coaching plans for long term success.
  • Utilize broad and deep business knowledge of reliability excellence principles and practices and partner collaboratively with leadership to develop and execute best practices across multiple deployment waves, plants and platforms.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading complex projects in a cross cultural global environment, training others on processes
  • Training and experience in cause mapping analysis
  • Experience participating in reliability centered maintenance analysis
  • Experience and training with work management systems
  • Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified maintenance reliability professional or other globally recognized certification

The expected salary for this position is $130,000-170,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
