Job Purpose and Impact

The Warehouse Director will provide strategic operational oversight for a complex warehouse operation, with an automated footprint and truck shipping. In this role, you will oversee and hold this area accountable to standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness and financial performance. You will be responsible for the execution of operational strategies and tactics to achieve business visions and goals.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and ensure the facility operate safely and in compliance with regulatory and internal safety and environmental program standards and goals.
  • Oversee execution of consistent and quality product while driving reliability centered warehouse operations. Ensure assets performance (OEEs, downtimes) and shipping effectiveness
  • Responsible for strategy execution, management and compliance of capital and operating budgets and oversee the strategy of capital investment projects and spending.
  • Leads and own strategic implementation results of assets performance and shipping KPIs.
  • Champions a culture that builds, operates and maintains plants that are operationally sound, safe and efficient.
  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
  • Partner with production, FSQR, CSR and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and adequate response time
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Three years of supervisory experience
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience – manufacturing, maintenance, warehouse

Preferred Qualifications

  • Operational excellence knowledge
  • Budgeting and operations planning experience
  • Warehouse management experience
