Job Purpose and Impact
The Global Buyer - Software will support multiple countries for Software sourcing & related activities. In this role, you will execute complex procurement tasks to provide inputs to the global category team.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive the implementation of Global Software / SaaS sourcing decisions by conducting RFX activities and contract negotiations. Conclude best-in-class deals to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
- Provide inputs to the global category team for category strategy development and execution.
- Execute medium and highly complex sourcing events & ongoing renewals for Software and SaaS contracts.
- Monitor stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
- Follow 100% compliance with established procedures to select suppliers for Software, SaaS, and related Services. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Provide inputs into supplier governance processes as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
Position Information
- This role follows a hybrid work schedule and requires regular on‑site presence in our Wayzata, MN office.
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $118,000.00 - 201,000.00. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
