Job Purpose and Impact
As FSQR Coordinator Cargill International S.A, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and quality of our products by managing risks tied to suppliers and external manufacturers sourcing feed to our Cargill Animal Nutrition and Health factories. You’ll collaborate across teams to evaluate vendors, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards—directly contributing to the integrity of our supply chain and the trust of our customers.
The place of work is our any ANH locations in Europe.
Hybrid system: 1 or 2 days working at a production location.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead our Food Safety Management System for Cargill International S.A. entity.
- Keep all necessary activities to keep our GMP+ and Marine Trust certification.
- Management of Vendor Non Conformities and Supplier Incidents ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
- Daily follow up contact with our Global Material Supply team related to quality topics.
- Follow up of Supplier Quality Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Supplier maintenance activities, keeping supplier database updated on required documentation and information from our suppliers and materials.
- Audit suppliers, external manufacturers, and external warehouses or follow up on audit findings are completed within the required timeframe and meet requirements
- Coordinate supplier and external manufacturer and material evaluation process to ensure the use of approved vendors who have met the company's requirements and have completed the required product safety improvements.
- Support new location and material setup along with completed supplier and material qualifications in the defined supplier database.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in product safety, quality and auditing systems
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- English + local language
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of product safety management systems with the ability to objectively evaluate product safety systems and report findings in an organized manner
- Knowledge of European Feed Regulation
- Knowledge establishing material and vendor risk and ensuring appropriate mitigation is defined
- Knowledge in 3rd party certifications in feed sector such as GMP+, QS, etc Company qualified auditor with experience conducting product safety audits
- Knowledge in Microsoft Power(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi) is a pluExperience conducting product safety audits
- Expertise in feed, aqua and petfood sector
