Job Purpose and Impact
The Trade Execution Executive will coordinate and execute moderately complex trade execution activities. In this role, you will ensure coordination of all required processes for movement of commodities and maintain consistent communication with internal and external customers to ensure accurate and timely statuses of operations. You will execute all the activities related to import and export in a timely manner. This role is part of World Trading Group Palm Oil team.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute end to end import and export transportation processes in compliance with defined contractual terms to minimize risks of the execution.
- Manage sales contracts to ensure their clauses are fully understood and executable, to guarantee legal and fiscal requirement compliance.
- Execute contracts for different trade flows, supporting the strategy of the different product lines existing within the business group strategy. Execution is a full process, starting with contractual notices, documentary instructions, appointment of 3rd party service providers (surveyors, agents), follow up on vessel loading, checking and / or issuing shipping documents, and follow up on payments.
- Ensure the review of operational metrics, maintain accurate controls and deliver according to the expectations of trade execution processes.
- Maintain and foster established relationships with customers, clients, suppliers, and other business partners, such as supervisory companies, insurance companies, laboratories, agents, warehouses, trucking companies, buyers and sellers.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience in palm oil industry
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, Letter of Credit, UCP, PORAM and FOSFA rules
- Experience in handling bulk shipments
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Experience analyzing legal contracts
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience utilizing ERP systems, highly preferred if GTPS / E-GTPS system is known
