This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise, where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.

A typical work day may include:
- Lead and promote safety, food safety, quality standards, and housekeeping practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for management initiatives, work orders, and team communications
- Safely and efficiently operate site equipment, including bagging machines, shipping systems, and motorized vehicles
- Support onboarding of new employees and contractors, and deliver ongoing training through daily shift handoffs and safety meetings
- Perform approximately 50% of the same tasks as the team being supervised
- Ensure full compliance with all safety rules and regulations
What you will need:
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to perform physical job duties, which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with advance notice
- Must have a valid driver’s license or ID
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production-related work
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Forklift certification

What will put you ahead:
- Computer skills for data entry related to label production, and the ability to monitor inventory and shipment completion; experience with warehouse/shipping systems, SAP, or inventory management software
- Experience operating and troubleshooting industrial equipment (e.g., packaging machinery)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a positive and professional manner
- Consistently demonstrates strong safety leadership
