This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Production Crew will perform physical production and warehouse responsibilities with an understanding of policies and procedures with regular guidance. In this role, you will support production operations while following all Food Safety and regulatory polices as required.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform positioning of materials and parts for production per product specifications and production schedule.
- Operate simple equipment such as a scales and labelers and may use a knife or other hand tools for general use with regular guidance.
- Convey materials and items within production and warehouse areas by hand, hand truck or electric hand truck.
- Regularly lift and stack materials, products, tools or equipment.
- Hand pack product into materials.
- Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- At least highschool graduate
- Can lift, pull, and do related physical tasks
- Willing to render overtime
- Can do shifting schedule
