PROPÓSITO Y IMPACTO EN EL TRABAJO
Asistente Técnico en Cerdos es responsable de la implementación de tecnologías apoyando las interacciones con clientes y clientes potenciales, ayudándoles a entender cómo Cargill puede proporcionar soluciones para ellos y mejorar la rentabilidad. Este rollo clave asegurará que se utilicen nuevas tecnologías y herramientas para proporcionar soluciones competitivas centradas en el cliente.
RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE
• Establecer y cultivar relaciones efectivas con los clientes para mantener el negocio existente y obtener otros nuevos.
• Apoyar los esfuerzos de ventas para comprender y resolver problemas complejos de los clientes.
• Implementar y dar seguimiento a los proyectos de Nutrición y salud dictados por los responsables, esto con el objetivo de asegurar los resultados en campo y la implementación de los lineamientos o procedimientos de los proyectos.
• Resuelve de forma independiente problemas moderadamente complejos con una supervisión mínima, al tiempo que aumenta los problemas más complejos para que el personal sea adecuado.
• Capacitación de operarios de granja y equipo de Servicio técnico Provimi® .
• Desarrollo y ejecución de pruebas de campo de nuestro portafolio de productos.
CALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS
• Licenciatura en Medicina Veterinaria, Zootecnia, Agronomía o carreras afines al área Agropecuaria
• Experiencia laboral en área relacionada
• Experiencia de 3 años en operaciones de cerdos o posición similar en la industria
• Disponibilidad para viajar y licencia de chofer
• Disponibilidad para para residir en Centro del país y viajar
• Nivel intermedio o avanzado de inglés
