Position Purpose & Summary
The HR Project Intern will support Corporate HR teams in delivering talent management, engagement, and HR operational initiatives. The role provides hands-on experience in HR analytics, talent programs, and employee experience, while contributing to projects that improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
- Talent Management & Engagement
- Support performance management, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives
- Analyze engagement data and support action planning.
- Assist in driving employee experience and retention initiatives.
- Metrics & Analysis
- Track and analyze HR metrics (hiring, attrition, engagement).
- Build dashboards and reports for HR stakeholders.
- Identify trends to support data-driven decisions.
- Operational Processes
- Support onboarding, employee data management, and HR systems updates.
- Ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
- Assist in process documentation and improvements.
- Solution Implementation
- Support rollout of HR initiatives and process improvements.
- Assist in project tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Program Execution
- Support campus hiring, learning programs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and program logistics.
- HR Support
- Provide first-level support for employee and manager HR queries.
- Assist with HR communications and documentation.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Masters in HR and graduating in 2027.
- Internship provided as part of the curriculum.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
