Plant Administrator (18 month term)

Job Purpose and Impact
The Plant Administrator (18 month term) will greet clients and visitors at the front desk and answer incoming calls using a multiline telephone system. In this role, you will coordinate meeting room, handle administrative tasks and complete security procedures.
Key Accountabilities
- Handle and store mail securely to maintain the confidentiality of correspondence.
- Perform mail distribution and data entry as part of your clerical responsibilities.
- Enter routine data into standard forms and templates and archive paper and electronic documents.
- Work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision to coordinate, integrate and implement administrative or staff functions.
- Handle basic clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong customer service skills with ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Schedule Flexibility
- Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Kronos or Payroll
- Multitasking experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a diverse work group
