Job Purpose and Impact

The Smart Manufacturing Supervisor will supervise the activities concerning automation and automation systems on the primary production site Sas van Gent. This  includes: developing and guiding the team, coordinating team participating in (multidisciplinary)projects, maintain and lifecycle automation hard- and software and support the operation in the OT domain.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate the deployment of team members in (multidisciplinary) projects.
• Develop and coach the team, department and team members.
• Acquisition and coordination of externally hired team  members.
• Developing the collaboration with other departments; like engineering, maintenance, operation, process technology.
• First contact for automation / OT / smart manufacturing related issues to: (upper) management, engineering, maintenance, operation, process technology, IT, regional- and global automation departments.
• Manage the OT soft- and hardware change process.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply
• Fluent in English and Dutch
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory and/ or team management experience.
• Experience leading third party resources to deliver business results.
• Global knowledge of OT systems, preferably Teleperm M, PCS7 and WinCC.
