- Advise and execute inorganic growth across Cargill's businesses (M&A, joint ventures, divestitures, and equity investments).
- Develop growth strategies and strategic plans at the corporate, regional, and business levels.
Merchandising and Trading Projects
- Generate market, position, and profit & loss reports based on market data.
- Synthesize supply and demand data to develop market strategies and improve profitability.
- Participate in business development, project management, and broader strategic initiatives.
Finance and Accounting Projects
- Lead financial processes and conduct operational efficiency analyses.
- Drive initiatives that improve overall business performance.
- Apply accounting principles to execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and financial statement analysis.
- Evaluate project costs, capital equipment, purchases, and fixed assets across various Cargill plant locations.
- Support financial reporting deliverables using standard accounting techniques and best practices.

- Execute strategic pricing initiatives for new product launches using advanced pricing technology.
- Manage inbound ingredient logistics and make commodity trading decisions.
- Utilize formulation technology to support complete feed formulation.
- Participate in end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, forecasting, production planning, and logistics execution.

- Identify inventory optimization opportunities, calculate costs, and lead project deliverables.
- Manage forecasts for a portfolio of customers.
- Develop automated dashboards to support demand planning and supply chain operations.
