Shift(s) Available: 3rd - Night shift (from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) 
Compensation: $32.90/hr

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Operate and maintain block palletizer equipment and press systems.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot block mixing and mineral mix bagging systems.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain dust collection systems.
  • Operate and maintain labeling and inkjet printing systems.
  • Monitor salt quality and uphold high standards for block products.
  • Operate forklifts (certification required – training will be provided).
  • Maintain feed safety standards, including daily bag tests and sample retention.
  • Perform daily equipment checks and condition monitoring.
  • Complete routine paperwork accurately.
  • Confirm product and goods issue material in SAP system.
  • Ensure 100% downtime tagging accuracy in RT DUET system.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality while working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
  • Basic use of a computer.
  • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
  • Ability to perform physical job duties, which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division.
  • Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and system.
  • Familiarity with the SAP system is preferred.
