Production Operator

Shift(s) Available: 3rd - Night shift (from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)
Compensation: $32.90/hr

Principal Accountabilities:
- Operate and maintain block palletizer equipment and press systems.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot block mixing and mineral mix bagging systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain dust collection systems.
- Operate and maintain labeling and inkjet printing systems.
- Monitor salt quality and uphold high standards for block products.
- Operate forklifts (certification required – training will be provided).
- Maintain feed safety standards, including daily bag tests and sample retention.
- Perform daily equipment checks and condition monitoring.
- Complete routine paperwork accurately.
- Confirm product and goods issue material in SAP system.
- Ensure 100% downtime tagging accuracy in RT DUET system.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality while working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
- Basic use of a computer.
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
- Ability to perform physical job duties, which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division.
- Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and system.
- Familiarity with the SAP system is preferred.
