Job Purpose and Impact
The Business Support Administrator I, will support the day to day administrative responsibilities regarding planning and scheduling of varied and complex administrative and clerical support to Operations, supporting efforts between departments. In this role, you will partner with Operations to ensure cost, quality and safety requirements are met.
Key Accountabilities
- Support they day to day operation system responsibilities such as producing reports and inputting daily and monthly activity.
- Assist with inventory administration activities such as entering inventory adjustments, updating customer inventories and producing shorts report updates.
- Order of plant supplies and ingredient shipments including verifying open purchase orders and submitting to accounts payable orders for processing with direction and guidance.
- May assist in physical inventory counts.
- Other duties as assigned
