Supply Planner
Job Purpose and Impact
We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Planner to manage short- to mid-term supply plans for our edible oil operations. This role ensures product availability, efficient inventory levels, and smooth coordination between production, procurement, and logistics.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts and production capacity.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to meet service targets.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely execution.
- Identify supply risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Maintain planning data and parameters in ERP systems.
- Help develop gap coverage plans during inventory shortages.
- Help create requirements plan and long term supply plan for assigned products and locations as input for the integrated business planning cycle.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Manage external tollers and monthly cycle count
- Participate in generating and executing cycle and safety stock plans for the assigned product or location, using the approved supply plan inputs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in supply or production planning, preferably in edible oil, commodity, chemicals or FMCG.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Willing to travel to Westport and Port Klang
