Junior R&D Product Technologist

This position is in Cargill's poultry protein business, where we provide healthy, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.
Key Accountabilities
- Conducting production and technological tests to implement new or improve existing products and processes.
- Participating in the creation of product documentation (initial recipes, technological descriptions, labels, and markings).
- Creating reports, specifications, or data sheets containing detailed information about products and their applications within the organization.
- Monitoring product development, identifying innovations, and conducting market research.
- Providing product knowledge to support product evaluation.
- Preparing sensory evaluations (operating technological kitchen equipment).
- Handling basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Job Purpose and Impact
The R&D Technology Consultant (Junior) will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new products. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and learn about the workings of an R&D department from the inside.
Location: Słupca
We offer full-time, fixed-term, 2-year positions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, e.g., Food Technology, Biotechnology, Commodity Science, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Polish, allowing for fluent communication.
Prefered qualifications:
- Knowledge of food law regulations and verification of product compliance with legal requirements is desirable.
- Experience in an R&D position or in a production or food environment is desirable.
- Curiosity, openness to new challenges, and a willingness to track and learn about market trends.
- Interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
