Principal Accountabilities
Perform repetitive or non-routine tasks, Examples include:
- May operate heavy machinery (such as forklift) or computer programs
- Use a variety of tools and retrieve parts to perform general repairs and maintain equipment
- Conduct daily set-up of area
- Troubleshooting
- Perform lock out tag out and other safety procedures
- Written and digital Documentation: daily log, round sheets, and other reports
- Working around or with machinery and power sources such as electricity
- Cleanliness and housekeeping
- Maintaining a safe working environment
Required Qualifications
- Legal to work in the US
- Over 18 Yrs old
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
- Basic math which includes fractions and algebra
- Knowledge of basic tools and maintenance related subjects
- Must be able to write and read in the prevalent language of technical literature utilized at the facility
- Willingness and ability to participate on various teams such as HAZMAT
- Must be able to attain the refrigeration/Caro and Ciro certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer skills
- Previous ammonia refrigeration or PSM experience
