This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.
Propósito he Impacto del Trabajo
El / La Agente de Televentas participará en la venta telefónica a clientes nuevos y existentes, vendiendo directa o indirectamente a través de diversos canales de venta. En este rol, ayudará a evaluar las necesidades de los clientes y sugerirá productos, servicios y soluciones apropiados.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Ayudar a identificar y contactar vía telefónica a posibles clientes.
- Construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
- Aplicar amplios conocimientos teóricos del trabajo para vender directamente a los clientes.
- Registrar los pedidos en Salesforce
- Manejar problemas administrativos, técnicos o de atención al cliente complejos bajo una supervisión mínima, mientras escala solo los problemas más complejos al personal apropiado.
- Otras funciones asignadas
Calificaciones
- Mínimo de cuatro años de experiencia en atención al cliente, Call Center o Televentas
- Dominio de herramientas de CRM (Salesforce)
- Dominio básico de Excel
- Fuerte interés en el área comercial
