Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Finance Analyst - Finance Process Transformation job will provide expertise and insights to execute and lead the simplification and modernization of DT&D finance activities. In this role, you will work closely across Finance and DT&D to achieve process excellence, with a strong end-to-end focus that enables greater predictability of financial results, financial planning connected to operational drivers and analysis that leads to better decision-making and efficiency. This role will bring process excellence expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for driving change and digital enablement.
Key Accountabilities
- FINANCIAL PLANNING, REPORTING & ANALYSIS: Reviews and provides timely, accurate and consistent financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting and analysis for the assigned business group or function, translating financial metrics into relevant insights to help improve decision making, performance and business growth.
- FINANCE PROCESS TRANSFORMATION: Lead and align future state process design around third party spend, accruals and IT capitalization, including developing training materials, documentation, and communication plans for new processes and tools.
- CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Leads implementing improvements related to data and technology to support standardization and simplification of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- REPORTING & PRESENTATIONS: Performs complex financial reporting and presentations to improve the communication process of initiatives and results to business teams and other partners.
- TOOLS, MODELS & REPORTING: Builds strong partnerships with peers in cross functional financial teams to accomplish the finance strategy and strategic goals of the business or function, developing and implementing effective and efficient tools, benchmarking, models and reporting to provide insights and ensure accuracy and transparency.
- INTEGRATED BUSINESS PLANNING: Partners to manage key financial risks and implement the monetization of integrated business planning, forecasting and operating review for the business group or function.
- OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS: Monitors performance against strategic decisions by providing financial support to accomplish plans, including financial modeling, scenario planning, and valuation.
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Coordinates commercial conversations, reviews collected stakeholder inputs and thoughts and prepares quantitative summaries of future estimates to present to senior team members to improve decision making.
Qualifications
MINIMUM & TYPICAL YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- Experience with Record to Report and Financial Planning and Analysis processes
- Experience leading, engaging, and influencing all levels of workforce without direct authority
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with IT, Source to Pay, finance and controls processes
- Demonstrated experience in breakthrough insights and implementation of finance process improvement resulting in quantifiable process improvement and enhanced FP&A analytics
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
- Strong prioritization, facilitation, decision making and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving measurable outcomes
- Ability to communicate business and technical information effectively to finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Excellent organization, communication and stakeholder management skills

Compensation Data
The expected salary for this position is $100,000 - $150,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
