Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant utilizes a consultative and strategic approach to perform complex full cycle recruiting, sourcing, assessment and selection processes to recruit top talent for Corporate Functions, including Law, Human Resources, and other areas as assigned. With minimal supervision, this job collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and executes on innovative recruiting processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency while providing an excellent candidate experience and driving the organization's brand as an employer of choice.
Key Accountabilities
- STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION: Develops, executes and improves recruiting strategies by researching and applying understanding of recruiting industry trends and best practices, labor market research and competitive intelligence, and recruiting tools and technology systems.
- RECRUITING SERVICES: Provides complex full cycle recruiting services including recruitment strategy sessions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Partners with the business on recruiting and sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, metrics and analytics, position responsibilities and forecasting, applying recruiting knowledge to drive diverse applicant pools and improve the quality of hires.
- RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Creates and executes the recruiting networking and pipelining strategies, and develops and maintains internal and external relationships related to the recruitment process, including hiring managers, human resource professionals, industry contacts and candidates.
- LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: Ensures recruiting policies and processes comply with legal requirements and organizational standards.
Qualifications
Required Qualifactions
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full-cycle recruitment and sourcing experience with demonstrated success with Legal roles and/or Human Resources roles.
- Experience managing concurrent hiring processes while maintaining alignment with hiring managers and a seamless candidate experience.
- Experience with recruiting compliance standards, such as OFCCP and local labor laws.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to understand business priorities and effectively influence and partner with senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Proven ability to build and sustain candidate pipelines through strategic networking, market research, and the effective use of diverse talent attraction and engagement tools.
- Experience with data-driven recruiting, including pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire analytics.
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Experience operating within global, matrixed organizational structures.
- Experience leading and contributing to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
The expected salary for this position is $95,000-150,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
