Job Title

Project Portfolio Specialist

Key Accountabilities

• Drive effective portfolio management aligned with business strategy and priorities
• Establish and maintain disciplined project governance and execution standards
• Provide transparency on portfolio performance, resource allocation, and investment outcomes
• Support leadership decision-making with clear, data-driven insights
• Strengthen execution capability and organizational maturity
• Collaborate across functions to connect strategy, planning, and execution
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or project management
• Commercial experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across functions
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Exposure to building structure, governance, and execution discipline
• Business-level English communication skills
