Project Portfolio Specialist
Key Accountabilities
- Drive effective portfolio management aligned with business strategy and priorities
- Establish and maintain disciplined project governance and execution standards
- Provide transparency on portfolio performance, resource allocation, and investment outcomes
- Support leadership decision-making with clear, data-driven insights
- Strengthen execution capability and organizational maturity
- Collaborate across functions to connect strategy, planning, and execution
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or project management
- Commercial experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across functions
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Exposure to building structure, governance, and execution discipline
- Business-level English communication skills
