 Principal Accountabilities

• Through supervisor requests, conduct hands‑on training of machine operators within the Ground Beef Department

• Respond to and follow up on reactive maintenance calls in the plant

• Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) and follow‑up repairs from PMs within the facility

• Conduct daily line assignments by receiving a PM and walking assigned lines within the assigned department

• All other duties as assigned, including maintenance assistance as needed in the entire facility

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on industrial equipment
• At least one year of experience using hand tools such as drill press, hand drill, wrenches, threading machines, etc.
• At least two years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Industrial Electricity I, II, and III
• Certification in Motor Controls
• Experience troubleshooting with PLC’s
• Working knowledge of fluid power, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Previous experience with Precision Maintenance
• Bi Lingual in English/Spanish
• One year of experience TIG Welding
• Building Trades (Drywall repair, spackling, Plumbing)
• Ammonia refrigeration experience
• Ammonia certifications
